Avonova operates via two complementary business models: holistic, subscription-based Solutions and traditional, tailor made packages under framework agreements in Health.

Avonova Solutions (web and mobile app) launched in 2019 and quickly became the leading digital one-stop shop for OHS, HR and HSE. The core platform, Avonova Assist and now Assist+ for larger clients, lets users log and track HR and HSE issues in real time, guaranteeing full compliance, transparency and traceability. All tools gathered in one digital system with full overview of all tasks and easy planning. The user-friendly app My Avonova makes the system available to all employees on the go. 

 

Avonova Health (physical and online) spans 166 locations across Sweden and Norway, serving both Solutions subscribers and pure Health clients. Combining on-site clinics with virtual consultations, it delivers tailored occupational health and workplace environment services and maintains an average customer tenure of over eight years.
